Vicky Grahan is the North American Director of CRM for GUESS, Inc., a global lifestyle brand and omnichannel retailer operating over 500 stores across 4 store concepts in the US and Canada. Vicky is responsible for managing each of the brand’s loyalty programs which currently represents over 7 million members. Vicky also oversees customer analytics and direct marketing strategies for both the in-store and online channels. Prior to GUESS, Vicky worked in client management and partnerships for American Express specializing in the retail vertical and luxury brands. Vicky received a MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS from UCLA.
Corey Pierson, Co-Founder and CEO, Custora
Corey Pierson is co-founder of Custora, a SaaS platform that leverages predictive analytics to enable retailers to better understand and market to their customers. Custora works with some of the top e-commerce and omni-channel brands in the world, including LOFT, GUESS?, Etsy, Bonobos, and more. Prior to co-founding Custora, Corey worked at IDEO and was co-founder of foodtrux.com. Coreyreceived his BSE in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
