Valerie and her innovative team have consulted with more than 750 Canadian and American ecommerce merchants, and helped them to plan and implement individual ecommerce strategies that have boosted revenue by better meeting shoppers’ needs. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

She specializes in transitioning clients from a multichannel experience to an omnichannel experience via eCommerce, mobile and “Store of the Future.” Her extensive roster of retail clients includes Holt Renfrew.com, HBC.com and Lord &Taylor.com, Winners /TJ Maxx, TABI International, Levis Strauss Canada and Walmart Labs Global Mobile and Digital Division. Jennifer holds an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo.
